She carries herself well

A Diva carries herself with respect. She dresses to impress and arrives ready for a wonderful day. She is courageous, she is generous with her time, and she makes the newest woman in the room feel like she has been here for years.

She RSVPs honestly, turns up when she says she will, and lets the host know the moment plans change. She speaks well of her sisters in the room and outside it.

What ends a membership

Rare, but worth saying plainly so nobody is surprised.

  • 1 Three no-shows. Reserving a seat and not appearing costs the host money and keeps another diva out. Cancel and there is no issue at all.
  • 2 Bullying, fighting or cruelty — in person, in the lounge, or online. Immediate removal, no warning.
  • 3 Disrespect toward a host, a venue or their staff. We are guests everywhere we go and our reputation travels ahead of us.
  • 4 Using the sisterhood to sell. Bring your business by hosting an experience, not by working the room.

Leadership reviews anything serious together. A first concern is usually a conversation, not a removal.
